Is my brother a psychopath/sociopath?

I think he's a soul that's lost in his own world. I don't really know what to say, but yes, he is mentally unstable. He NEEDS to see a professional before he gets out of control. Taking drastic measures may be necessary if he goes to far. Good luck.
