HELP ME WITH PUBERTY?

im 14 years old i turned 14 in november and i havnt hit puberty yet.....i have armpit hair and pubic hair and its colord brown not clear...i have a small weener and im tired of it...i have chances to get with girls but i dont take them because im embarred of my size.... so i make out and finger girls but when they get tired of that and they wanna move up i cant....is there anything i can do to help puberty come faster or can someone tell me if its commin soon?
