Dont tell mum urgent?

ryt im 16 and iv been out with alot of guys but never told my parents bcoz my mum always makes me feel embarred by saying stupid little comments and know bcoz of this i have done alot of things behined her bk wich i wish i could tell her and how can i stop my mum from being like this,it scares me that i will never b able to bring a boy home or even let my mum know about them. im ready to develop a seriouse relationship n i wnt b able to if she cayys on being like this plz help
