Common goldfish help plz!?

my common goldfish was in a bowl wiht some rocks so i felt sorry an moved her to a 10 gallon with filter an caves she is so mcuh happier moveing but 1st. she doesent know when i feed her even when i walk away the filter always sucks it up 2nd. she got like this pimple on her mouth filled with sponge it looks liek fuzzy stuff on her lip why?
